Digital Marketing & AI Automation

I spent seven years in digital marketing for real-estate developers in Brazil, the last four running my own practice: Meta and Google Ads for launches, photo and video, sales material and websites. More recently I have been building AI tools that take the repetitive part out of that work, so content, ads and reports come out faster and more consistently. Everything on this page was designed and built by me.

Creative Machine: from a topic to an animated carousel

Producing one good animated carousel by hand takes hours of writing, layout and motion work. I wanted the same quality in minutes, with the brand rules built in.

  • You type a topic, choose a template and the number of slides.
  • Claude writes the hook and the copy for every slide and returns it as structured data, so the text always fits the layout.
  • An editor lets you adjust each slide before rendering. A history keeps every generated version.
  • Remotion turns the result into an animated video or still images. Four templates so far: bold statement, data-driven, quote card and tech showcase.
  • Before building the templates I analysed high-performing carousels in my niche (hook, slide count, engagement) and designed from that.

Content automation for an online community

A small team needed a steady flow of ads, reels and carousels from material they already had: recorded lessons and the founder's expertise. I built the tools that turn that material into content.

Video ad generator

30-second vertical ads produced from one data file. Change the script in the file and every ad variant re-renders, with AI voice-over. Testing a new hook takes minutes instead of a new edit.

Lesson cutter

Takes a recorded lesson, transcribes it, finds the useful blocks (context, examples, demos, tips, calls to action) and outputs a list of cuts that ffmpeg applies automatically. One lesson becomes several Reels and Shorts.

Reels pipeline in progress

Pulls lessons from Google Drive, selects the moments where the system is shown working, and combines them with the founder's reaction in picture-in-picture, at 1080×1920, for organic posts and Meta Ads.

Carousel production

Carousels built as HTML templates and exported to PNG, so the visual identity stays identical across every post.

Content hub

An internal app where the founder's personal brand is planned across 8 content pillars, from idea to scheduled post to performance metrics.

Knowledge base for AI

The affiliate project keeps a structured wiki that the AI maintains and reads, so every new session starts from the same facts instead of guessing.

AI education institute · own publications

Teaching people to use AI well

Most AI courses stop at "how to write a prompt". I design material that gets people to real, everyday use.

Course design for an AI institute

  • Claude track, version 2. I reviewed the original syllabus, listed what was missing (choosing between models, comparing tools, the newer agent features, responsible use treated only at the end) and rebuilt it so responsible AI runs through every module.
  • n8n automation track. From connecting apps to running AI agents in production: WhatsApp customer service, Google Workspace, databases and local requirements such as payments and data-protection law.
  • Brand identity for the institute: brand manual, 8 vector logo versions, merchandise mock-ups.

My own guides

Dominando o Claude (“Mastering Claude”) is a 7-module, 21-day course with 28 exercises, from first chat to the API and agents. Segredos do Claude (“Claude's Secrets”) is the follow-up: 22 advanced techniques in 8 chapters. Both were published on my Instagram, @bustamante_jg.

Visualisation studio · architecture practice

Two websites for the real-estate market, live

Both clients sell to developers, so each site had to look as premium as the buildings it shows and make it easy to send a brief. I did the design, code and deployment; the imagery is the clients' own.

Replacing spreadsheets with small apps

Team schedule app

A refrigeration service company in Lisbon ran its 13-person schedule and on-call rota from a macro-filled Excel file. I turned it into a password-protected web app, imported the year's data from the spreadsheet, and hosted it at zero monthly cost.

Marketing Manager · Amaral Construções, MayBelly, Asael

Where it started: selling buildings before they exist

As Marketing Manager for three developers on the Santa Catarina coast in Brazil, I ran launch campaigns on Meta and Google, produced photo and video, and created the sales material brokers used every day.

  • Data as content. A valuation study comparing the developer's delivered buildings with savings accounts, bank deposits and inflation, built from public price indices. It gave brokers a concrete argument: 297% to 442% appreciation per building.
  • Track record as a story. A timeline of the developer's buildings from 2011 to 2030, delivered and upcoming, used in presentations and social media.
  • Launch kits. Unit cards with price and payment plan, weekly availability stories, show-flat and concept videos.
